We offer four delivery options depending on the delivery address and the selected products: standard parcel delivery, express delivery within 2 hours, home delivery on the next business day and Community Group Delivery.

Parcel Delivery

Orders are usually picked, packed, and handed over to the shipping service provider within 1 – 2 business days. Once the parcel has been handed over, the subsequent delivery time is subject to the carrier’s logistics process and is outside of our direct control. Based on our experience, standard parcel delivery within Germany typically takes 2 – 3 business days. For detailed delivery information, please contact our shipping partners directly.

Express Delivery within 2 Hours

Fast and reliable service is our commitment. Delivery will be completed within 2 hours of placing your order. In the rare event that delivery exceeds the promised time due to exceptional circumstances, we sincerely apologize. Please contact our customer service team to request compensation for delayed delivery.

Home Delivery on the Next Business Day

Orders placed before 8:00 p.m. are eligible for next business day home delivery. You may specify your preferred delivery time in the order notes. Our delivery driver will contact you using the phone number provided in your order to confirm the delivery details before departure. Please note that delivery times may be adjusted on public holidays or under exceptional circumstances.

Community Group Delivery

Community group delivery is available only for designated neighborhoods  and participating group members. Detailed delivery arrangements and pickup schedules are communicated through the corresponding community group WeChat groups. For information on areas where community group delivery is available, please contact our customer service team.

Parcel Delivery

Parcel delivery can be ordered directly for addresses within Germany. For deliveries to other EU countries, please contact our customer service team. This delivery method is available only for products that can be stored at room temperature, and the gross weight must not exceed 30 kg for one Parcel.

Express Delivery within 2 Hours

Express delivery within 2 hours is available for all products. This service is limited to delivery addresses within a maximum distance of 8 km from the store, and the total gross weight must not exceed 20 kg. Availability is subject to real-time capacity.

Home Delivery on the Next Business Day

Next business day home delivery is available for all products. This service covers delivery addresses within a maximum distance of 35 km from the store. Availability is subject to real-time capacity.

Express Delivery within 2 Hours may be unavailable for one of the following reasons:

• The delivery address is more than 8 km away from the store
• The total gross weight of the order exceeds 20 kg (please split the order into multiple orders if needed)
• The order is placed outside of store opening hours

To ensure a good customer experience, when the delivery capacity of the store and our partner couriers has reached its limit, or in the event of extreme adverse weather conditions that may affect delivery, the Express Delivery within 2 Hours may be temporarily suspended. Please choose another delivery option. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

You may change the delivery address at any time before you receive the delivery note by email. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request the address change.

Unfortunately, it is NOT possible to change an order from in-store pickup to delivery after it has been placed. In-store pickup and delivery orders are processed through two separate business systems, and orders cannot be transferred from the store system to the delivery warehouse.

Please contact our customer service team to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct delivery option.

Parcel Delivery

If you missed the delivery driver, please follow the instructions provided by the shipping carrier. Depending on the carrier’s policy, the parcel may be delivered to a pickup location, rescheduled for another delivery attempt, or returned to the sender. For further assistance, please contact the shipping carrier directly or our customer service team.

Express Delivery within 2 Hours / Home Delivery on the Next Business Day

If you missed the delivery driver, you may choose one of the following options:

• Reschedule delivery: A second delivery attempt can be arranged upon request, subject to an additional €10 redelivery fee.
• Order cancellation: If you choose to cancel the order, a refund will be issued for the product value, while the delivery fee already incurred will not be refunded.
